Multiple Stores Login Changes
We just announced that Dizzyjam and Cotton Cart are becoming Direct this January. Less than 5% of Dizzyjam and Cotton Cart users have more than one store; that’s why we made the decision to limit each email address to one store page from now on. This will make the app simpler to use and commissions payouts more clear.
If you had more than one store on Dizzyjam or Cotton Cart before the Direct.app launch, the way you login will change. As part of the relaunch we split your accounts by adding the store URL to your email address:
For example; if your Dizzyjam URL was easttowest.dizzyjam.com, and your email was ben@direct.app, your new login email will be ben+easttowest@direct.app.
Your password hasn't changed and is the same for both accounts.
