Making Payouts More Clear + Social Share Images - Changelog - 14 June 2024

The Direct team has been working hard behind the scenes on our next big feature, Downloads, which we will launch later this summer. But that doesn't mean we've just stopped working on the rest of the app. Here's the list of updates, focused on making your sales data and payouts clear. These new features are live right now, you can see them by logging in and going to your Dashboard and Account Balance page:

Features

• We’ve added a new payout page and section on your account balance so you can keep track of what you’ve been paid and where.
• Now the default filter on your Sales page and Dashboard is a new “All Time” filter, making it clearer how much you’ve made from your Direct page over the life of your account.
• We’ve added share images when you share your store or product pages on Instagram/Facebook or other sites.

Fixes

• We’ve fixed several confusing calculations for Sales/Earnings and Sold Items to make them consistent on the account dashboard.
• Fixed the name in the New Sale email, it was showing your name not your fans name.
• Fixed some bugs with back printing mockups where the image would not be generated or would be generated out of line or generated using the wrong side base image.
• We fixed the guest checkout, where if you left the “optional” address field empty it wouldn’t let you continue
• There was a bug specifically with white print on products which would cause errors in our automated fulfilment system, which would cause delays in shipping these products, we fixed this and updated any affected products.
