Duty charges and border delays since last year have made shipping merch from the UK to fans in the EU slow and expensive. That's why, since the beginning of the year we've been planning to expand Direct to Europe and today the update is live! Here's everything new in this month's update...
New Features
- Today we launched Euro currency support and EU printing from a supplier in the Czech Republic. This means fans in Europe don’t have to pay import duty on merch items and they will arrive much faster.
- During this update, we reviewed the price of our products and increased the price of our Mugs, Caps and Posters to match price increases from our suppliers. All other products remain the same and Direct is still the lowest price platform among our competitors!
Bug Fixes
- The account balance was showing all-time sales not this month's sales, so we’ve fixed that.
- We fixed an annoying bug where you could edit newly created products.
- We hid inactive colours from the product editor.
- We added a subtle border around the product colours on the edit page so that you can see the black colour against the background.
- If you get linked through to the /embed base via search we redirect you to the main shop page.
- However much we like Crypto, THC and Viagra we’ve added a bot checker system to the register form to prevent bots from signing up.
